Container Terminals in Constantza
DP World Constanta (Constanta South Container Terminal SRL) is presently the only container terminal serving regulated shipping lines in Romania and is one of the most important container terminal in Black Sea.
It started to operate in April 2004, CSCT (DP World Constanta) has set new productivity records within the Black Sea Ports starting from 100.000 TEU and achieving about 1.200.000 TEU in less than 5 years, CSCT has established itself as the principal hub for the Black Sea.
There are also another terminals that operate containers like Umex, Socep but not for regular container lines.

DOCUMENTS FOR EXPORT CARGOES:
- 1. Cargo Customs Declaration (Ex1 or T2L for EU cargoes)
- 2. Original Packing List
- 3. Original Invoice
- 4. Certificate of Quality and a Certificate of Origin issued by the manufacturer ( if the case might be)
- 5. Health Certificate (for food products), indicating dates of the product’s manufacture and expiry
- 6. Phytosanitary Certificate (for products of vegetative origin)
- 7. Veterinary Certificate (for products of animal origin)
- 8. EORI ( the exporter has to be registered in customs with an eori no. – usually in Romania is granted the same no. as VAT no.)
